Is it
safe to use credit cards over the Internet?
Yes. All transactions take place in a 100% safe environment, through a
third party who oversees the payments. Therefore we do not need to store Credit
Card numbers in our databases. Our payment pages are equipped with 128 bit SSL
encryption that will transfer card numbers directly from the customer to the
bank, thus rendering it impossible to hack the numbers and ensuring highest
levels of safety for monetary transactions.
Which
Credit Cards do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
How do I buy?
- First, view the gifts offered. They are listed
by category on the left side of the screen.
- Choose the presents that you would like to
send and add them to you shopping cart.
- When finished, please click on (Checkout),
located at the top of the screen.
- Log into your account if have already
registered. If not, please register for a new account. You will have to fill
in the fields with your personal information as requested.
- After you register, you will be in possession
of an Address book in which you can save up to 5 different hipping addresses
inside Syria.
- Compose a personal note to go with your gift.
- Undertake payment via your Credit Card (Visa
or MasterCard) through the safe site.
What are
the shipping fees?
We will add 5$ (USD) shipping fees to each order.
Will I
be able to send my gifts everywhere inside Syria?
Some of the gifts can be shipped everywhere inside Syria, others are restricted
to certain areas. As a rule, you can view available shipping destinations for
each gift at the bottom of the gift description page.
How long
does it take to mail one of your gifts?
Delivery will be undertaken within 24-48 hours. You can also specify a certain
delivery date in the Notes section (that has to be done at least 48 hours before
submitting your order).
Is it possible
to send a gift without identifying the name of the sender?
We apologize for sending any gift without including
the full name and address of the sender.
What will happen
if the gift is refused? Is it possible to get a refund?
We cannot cancel the order or issue a refund in case
the recipient refuses the gift. The gift price plus the delivery charges will
apply even if the gift is not accepted. We advice our costumers not to send
gifts to people who might refuse it.
Is it possible to
get a refund if the gift could not be delivered?
A refund will apply only if the gift is not
available.
You will not issue a refund if:
- The recipient refuses the gift.
- The recipient is on a trip outside the city.
- The inability to call the recipient due to wrong phone number or the phone is
out-of-order.
I do not have
the phone number of the gift recipient, but I have the address, would this be
sufficient?
Unfortunately we cannot send any gift unless we have
the phone number of the recipients as we phone them before delivering the gift. |
